Payment Surcharges
All Credit Card payments attract a 2% Bank Surcharge. This is a surcharge charged by the bank and passed onto you, our customer. Avoiding this fee is only possible by using one of the other payment methods.
Stock and Availability
While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately, errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item or incorrect price.
We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars.

Is my card secure to use on your site?
Punktured values the security of your personal information. All details entered in our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are encrypted and securely transmitted in through the payment gateway for your payment to be processed. Your credit card information is never stored.
Payment
When you make a purchase on The Punktured website, you are agreeing that you are an authorised user of the credit card or debit card used to place your order.
Fraud
All orders are subject to various security checks. If our fraud detection system detects an anomaly with your payment, you will be contacted to confirm your details. We reserve the right to hold your order during this process while we await your confirmation. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or account and communicate your information to the relevant authorities.
Discount Codes
If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering a code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made.
Shipping
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery, and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse and are not our responsibility.
Standard Postage Charges are $7 within Australia. Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Punktured does not ship outside of Australia.
Returns
We offer free returns for faults, exchange, or store credit, to process a return please contact our Customer Services Team.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for online purchases via our Australia Post return portal and at your nearby Punktured Store. Punktured will accept item exchanges with adequate proof of purchase (electronic invoice or order confirmation), within 14 business days of the order being placed.
Faulty Items
We will refund, credit or replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or within the warranty period (on warranty applicable items). If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will then advise you on how to return your item. Please include photos of the fault if applicable.
Breakages
While all care is taken with the packaging of fragile items, breakages may occur in transit. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include photos of the broken or damaged item/s.
Please inspect your items thoroughly on arrival. If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without damage. We have no responsibility to provide a refund, exchange or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact.
Images and designs
All designs, images and artwork on this website are the copyright of Punktured. No permission is given to reproduce any of the logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, images or designs featured on this website and any such use may constitute an infringement on the owners’ rights.

When you create an account on this website, you agree to provide us with accurate personal and contact information. If you have provided incorrect information, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of this incorrect information.
