Online Purchase Returns:

  • Returns can be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date for credit or exchange.
  • Items can be returned for exchange or credit. Refunds will be issued only for faulty items.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings, body jewelry, or beauty items unless they are faulty.
  • We offer free returns for online orders via our Australia Post returns portal.

In-Store Purchases:

For in-store purchases, we allow exchanges or credits within 7 days of the purchase.

Refunds and Replacements:

We are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can opt for a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem, such as:

  • Having a problem that would have deterred someone from buying it had they known.
  • Being unsafe.
  • Being significantly different from the provided sample or description.
  • Not performing as we indicated it would, or as you requested, and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any decrease in value.

Resolution for Problems:

For items with non-major problems, we will aim to repair them within a reasonable timeframe. If the repair isn't completed within a reasonable period, you can opt for a refund or replacement.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
