What happens if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?

If you are not home to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet. A postcard will be left for you, letting you know where to pick up your parcel from.  

I haven't received my order! Where is it?

While we try to make our delivery estimates as accurate as possible, items can sometimes be delayed in the post, especially around busy times. Please allow a few more days. Please contact us at info@offyatree.com.au if your order is late.

What is your returns policy?

You can return most items for a credit or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds only apply to faulty items. Email us at info@offyatree.com.au and we’ll provide you with a Returns Form so you can return your item.  Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewellery.

My item is faulty or damaged. Can I get an exchange or refund?

We offer refunds for items that are faulty or damaged. In most cases we offer a credit or exchange. For website purchases, contact us at info@offyatree.com.au. Please include your order details, photos (if applicable) and a description of your item. We’ll then assess your item and if it’s found to be faulty or damaged or we need to see your item, we’ll let you know how to return it. 

Can I return my item to a Punktured store?

No unfortunately not. All website returns need to come back to our warehouse, as we assess returns and process refunds from here. 

Will you refund the postage I paid to return an item to you?

We are unable to refund the postage you paid to send an item back, unless you’re returning a faulty item. When you return an item, we’ll refund what you paid for the item. Please note: we can’t refund the original postage unless you are returning your entire order. 

How long will it take for me to be refunded?

Once we receive your item back at our warehouse, it can take up to three business days to process a refund. Once we have approved your refund, please allow extra time for PayPal or your card company to put the money back in your account.
